Tyler and his crew were very professional and did a great job of installing reclaimed barnboard flooring at our farm in Collingwood. We love the floor and it is holding up very well, now 3 years after install. Tyler was very professional, came in on budget and he made great suggestions about how to frame the tiled areas around our wood stoves. We will definitely give him a call for our next project.
We hired Tyler to put in hemlock floors in a house we were building. We cannot say enough about Tyler and his workmanship and knowledge. He was extremely helpful and prompt in answering any questions we had. Being a new build the timeline was a little fluid as to when we would be ready for him and that was not a problem. He was at the house when he said, had the job done on time and definitely within the budget we discussed. We also wanted the floor to be a certain color to reflect the rustic theme of our house. Tyler used a mixture of stains to come up with exactly what we wanted on the first try. We could not be happier with our floors and everyone who has come to the house has commented on how beautiful the floors are.

True artists. Every piece of wood that was used to create our gorgeous kitchen floor and a set of stairs was thoughtfully cut and prepared and designed. I was very impressed with their work ethic and mastery and would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting something very special at a very fair cost.
In 2015 we built our retirement home on a lake near Parry Sound, Ontario. We used Revival flooring for our hardwood floors and it was a first class experience from start to finish. Tyler was highly engaged in the process right from the start, he was very helpful in aiding us to decide what type of wood we wanted to use. In the end we chose ash. When our house was closed in Tyler came over and brought ash samples to look at in the natural light of our new home. He did a half dozen different shades of stain on some large planks so we could choose the stain we wanted in the actual natural light of our home. This was a very good exercise and actually changed our minds from our initial stain colour and we’re so happy with what we chose in the end. For both the installation and staining the quality was first class, on time and on budget. In addition Tyler has been very helpful after the fact as well in helping us the understand humidity settings for the wood etc…. we were so pleased with the work on our floors we had Tyler build us a harvest table, bedroom barn door, coffee table and a live edge bar. We would highly recommend Revival Flooring great quality product, creative work and first class service! They added great value to our building project.
We spent a long time looking for the right company that could offer quality, reliable service and we could not have been more happier with Revival Flooring. Tyler made some great suggestions, explained how the Ash had been harvested and made it clear what we could expect from a custom hand laid wide board floor. The workmanship was excellent and we have not had one issue since the floor was laid. We asked Tyler to make sure that the stair treads, which had to be stained, matched the colour of the Ash flooring and apart from the grain you cannot tell the difference. I thoroughly recommend Revival Flooring.

I had Revival Flooring install new floors at my cottage, so when it was time to install new floors at my home, Revival Flooring was an obvious choice. With Revival Flooring you won’t get the big box store foreign made, environmentally unsafe, poor quality flooring. Instead, you will receive 100 % Canadian local flooring, milled to your liking. Non of that micro v groove product that gets dirt and grime in the seems and looks dirty and old within the first month. I choose the 8 inch wide plank Hickory flooring with a semi-gloss finish. It looks incredible. As for the actual work, Revival Flooring arrived on the date they promised, and finished on the date agreed upon from the start of the project. The crew cleaned up and left my home as it was before they started, just with a way better floor. They were a pleasure to deal with. Tyler the owner is knowledgeable, and can give you great advice to help you with your project. I highly recommend Revival Flooring.
Revival flooring did custom milled ash hardwood throughout my living room and hallway. The texture and stain colour suggested by Tyler were a perfect fit for our home. We have had Tyler and his crew from Revival Flooring do two flooring jobs for us about 2 years apart. In both cases they installed Canadian ash which was then finished on site. In total they installed 1200 sq ft of flooring. We could not be more pleased with the end result. The floors are beautiful. Their work is outstanding. Professional and thorough. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and we would use them again in a heart beat — if we had any floor space left.
Great company! Got some reclaimed Hemlock from them for an accent wall above my fireplace turned out awesome.
